Tulip removes work injury hazard using Danish pallet invention

A fully automatic pallet stacking solution has caused excitement at the DSV Solutions' storage hotel, where a PALOMAT® Greenline stacks and destacks empty Euro pallets. For it has eliminated the need to lift heavy pallets manually and increased the productivity.

Changing demands in the market resulted in a switch from single-use pallets to Euro pallets. Because of this, it became necessary to review the process of handling empty pallets and the choice was on three PALOMAT Greenline pallet magazines.

For then danish ready-meal supplier RetNemt, a spurt of high growth, with a significant upturn in pallet flow, increased the need for more streamlined handling of their pallets. They opted for two PALOMAT® Greenline pallet magazines from the Danish industrial automation company BILA A/S, for automatic handling of their pallets.
