In the 2013 The Olive Press mill was equipped with a Pieralisi plant, consisting of the Optima Washing Machine, KneadingMOLINOVA TG 700 lts, centrifugal extractor SPI111 and Bravo separator, which has demonstrated its ability to produce extra virgin olive oil olive world class!

This system meets two main objectives with incredible consistency: maximization of extraction which is important to the client and quality assurance that is our main objective as a miller. “We have always been very happy with the level of expertise that Pieralisi technicians bring with them to California each season - confirmed Chris Gilmore - and we are very pleased to have the system that we do and know that we will be making California''s best extra virgin olive oil for years to come!
