High Torque Double-column Machining Center for Large Workpiece
Advantage of high precision, high speed, high flexibility and powerful functions, PGMB series gantry machining center widely used in heavy cutting of large workpieces, plate parts, structural parts, shell parts and molds.
PGMB series with movable beam design, the beam moves up and down along the column (W-axis)that participates in linkage and travel up to 1300mm, increasing machining space. Meanwhile, the W-axis is equipped with 6 clamping cylinders to enhance the rigidity of the beam.
Compare with the general gantry machine, PGMB adopts symmetrical structure design of four row roller guide and Z-direction dual servo motor drive, so it has greater rigidity and better dynamic performance.
In order to ensure strong torsional and seismic resistance, PGMB series adopts 400*400 square ram structure with larger contact surface, Z-axis travel is 1200mm. Optional 450*450 square ram for larger travel that up to 1600mm.
