Long-stroke CNC vertical machining center, Universal machining center, Horizontal machining center
▶Long-stroke CNC vertical machining center
For over a decade, PRATIC has been developing VMCs and has accumulated extensive research and development experience. The company has numerous mature industry cases to its name and boasts a significant market share in aluminum processing.
Advantage
1. PRATIC offers a comprehensive product line for metal processing, including aluminum, steel, copper, alloys, and more.
2. Feature a moving column structure for convenient loading and unloading.
3. The extra-long X-axis travel can be customized up to 15 meters and is equipped with a multi-station fixture to allow for non-stop loading and unloading, making it ideal for mass production.
4. The narrow and long worktable is designed to accommodate narrow and long workpieces. Compared to gantry machining centers, it occupies a smaller space and offers high cost performance.
5. PRATIC offers a range of optional configurations and can customize schemes to meet the specific processing requirements of each workpiece.
With the increasing demand in the metal processing field of new energy vehicles, aerospace, aluminum die-casting, PRATIC was expanded their product lines into two area: Universal machining center and Horizontal machining center.
▶Universal machining center is mainly divided into three series: PGM series, PH series, PWM series
▶PGM Series
The PGM series currently includes seven models, featuring gantry structures like fixed beam, moving beam, moving table, and fixed table, to cater to a wide range of machining needs with different cutting forces and processing ranges. It is ideal for heavy-duty cutting of large basic components, plate parts, structural parts, shell parts, and molds.
▶PH Series
PRATIC developed the PH series heavy-duty high-speed gantry machining center to meet the processing needs of large-scale removal of steel, aluminum alloy, and composite materials in industries like aviation, construction machinery, shipbuilding, and molding. These workpieces require high processing efficiency, high surface quality and precision, and often feature complex surfaces (inner and outer circles, conical surfaces, spherical surfaces, 2D and 3D complex surfaces). In comparison to the PGM series, the PH series has a compact footprint, which maximizes plant utilization and facilitates mass production layouts.
▶PWM Series
The PWM is a heavy-duty exchange table horizontal machining center, developed independently by PRATIC. It offers both double and single exchange worktables to cater to different processing needs. It is suitable for heavy cutting processing of box-shaped, shell-shaped, disc-shaped, specialized cast iron parts, and steel parts. With the ability to automatically carry out multi-process operations such as milling, boring, drilling, expanding, reaming, and tapping on 4-5 faces, the PWM series is a versatile and efficient solution.
Feature
The positive T-shaped layout structure offers a smaller footprint and greater rigidity and accuracy when compared to the inverted T split bed design.
With the exchange worktable, the exchange time is shorter, allowing it to serve as a versatile manufacturing unit and as a flexible manufacturing system when integrated with automatic lines.
▶High-speed horizontal machining center
PRATIC offers high-speed horizontal machining centers, including the PW and PWA series. The PW series features a fixed-distance spindle box design, while the PWA series boasts a hanging spindle box design. These machines are ideal for processing multi-faceted, deep-cavity, and box-shaped parts. Currently, these HMCs are widely utilized in multi-faceted processing of die-casting products.
