Hydraulic broaching press from RHTC

Next to the hydraulic workshop presses, RHTC can also offer you a hydraulic broaching press. This broaching press is exclusively made in the Netherlands and has a capacity of 15 ton! This type of Profi Press has a piston stroke of 600 mm and is eminently suitable for precision tasks.

This hydraulic broaching press is equipped with pressure regulation, an adjustable worktable, a hand operated up / down valve (no hand pump), a speed control valve, a manometer and a 220V CEE plug connection at the backside of the hydraulic unit. This broaching press is very easy to operate, read and agree with us:

Pressure regulation:

To regulate the pressure you have to turn the button/knob on the hydraulic unit clockwise or counter-clockwise.

Table adjustment:

To lower or lift the table into the right position you have to place the horseshoe (with the chain) around the piston and attach the chain to the table. By moving the joystick and replacing the pins the table can be adjusted into the right position.

Hand operated up / down valve:

Operation of the press is done by the valve / joystick (pushing = piston goes up, pulling = piston goes down).

Speed control valve:

To regulate the speed you have to turn the button/knob at the hoses clockwise or counter-clockwise.

Optional accessories:

There are several options that can be delivered together with this broaching press: a V-block set or a collection tray for example. Please ask us for the possibilities.

For safety reasons the hydraulic broaching press is equipped with a fence at the backside of the press.
