European made hydraulic portal presses

RHTC has a various program of hydraulic presses and the hydraulic portal press is one of the popular models; standard available in 4 different models from 80 ton to 300 ton. The hydraulic portal presses from RHTC are made out of ST-52.3 steel and suitable for the straightening of large sheets and heavy structures. They are made in Europe, the quality is extremely high and they are very easy to use.
These portal presses are equipped with a movable headstock (lateral) and a movable bridging frame (longitudinal). The headstock and frame from the TL-80 model can be moved by hand, the movement of the headstock and the bridge is motorized of the other models is motorised; the longitudinal displacement of the frame is carried by a motor with frequency inverter and a cogged belt to ensure precise and sensitive slides.
The portal presses are equipped with a double acting cylinder with an interchangeable hold-down plate (machined at the end to adapt tools). The cylinder stroke is easy to regulate with the stroke endings. The two-speed motorized hydraulic unit has an automatic disconnection of the high speed and contains a pressure regulator and manometer in tons. During the Euroblech RHTC will show a 150 ton portal press at their stand (hall 12, stand B131) and one of the RHTC dealers will show a TL-80 as well.
