Portal Press (80 ton) from RHTC

This TL-80 model is the smallest portal press in our range of portal presses with a tonnage of 80 ton and a motor power of 4 hp. It has a piston stroke of 450 mm, a vertical light of 600 mm and a horizontal light of 1050 mm. This press is equipped with a fixed table and a movable frame (longitudinal) and a movable headstock (lateral). By manually moving the frame and cylinder, the different straightening points of the material can be easily accessed. This portal press is eminently suitable for pressing and straightening heavy products: the heavy material can be placed on the table with a forklift and by moving the frame and cylinder the material can be reached.

These portal presses have a double effect cylinder with removable hold-down, including cylinder anti-turning with adjustable stroke endings. Its motorized hydraulic unit with two speeds has an automatic disconnection of the approach speed and this TL-80 can be operated manually or semi-automatically.

This TL-80 press is supplied with a manometer in tons, hydraulic oil and an extensive instruction manual. All our presses comply with CE regulations and work with a hydraulic pressure lower than 320 bar to guarantee a greater durability of the presses. We can guarantee a high quality of these machines and therefore, these hydraulic presses have a warranty of 2 years.
