The cambering presses from RHTC are your best choice for straightening and bending large profiles, bars and beams. The standard models are available in 150, 220 and 300 ton, however these cambering presses are also available in special models up to 800 ton. Last week RHTC delivered a 300 ton cambering press to a happy Romanian customer and there are more deliveries to follow.

RHTC cambering presses are made out of ST-52.3 steel and have an extremely precise hydraulic system. The horizontal design of this straightening press permits an easy handling of large bars, beams and profiles, they can be bend or straightened without much effort.

Our cambering presses are equipped with a pushing main table and a supporting back table, both made out of CK-42 stainless steel, with two 'T' DIN650 grooves. These tables include supporting blocks (two at the support table and one at the pushing main table), also made out of CK-42 stainless steel.

These straightening presses are provided with a height-adjustable guide roller at both sides. Furthermore, these hydraulic presses have a double-acting cylinder, a pressure regulator and the cylinder stroke of 450 mm is easy to regulate by means of stroke endings. These models also have a two-speed hydraulic unit and the control panel features a switch enabling the user to select the desired type of work (manual or semi-automatic) and a switch to select the desired speed (high approach speed or lower working speed). Operation is carried out by low voltage electric pedals.

RHTC cambering presses are supplied with a manometer in tons, hydraulic oil and an extensive instruction manual. All our presses comply with CE regulations and can be delivered with several options, such as supply rails, PLC or a larger back table.
