Automation, precision and high production capacity in a new concrete block manufacturing plant

The new facility features a fully automated production line, equipped with the ROMETA 4050S vibropress, advanced curing systems and a production capacity of up to 18 blocks per cycle.
Developed from the ground up under the supervision of Rometa’s Technical Department, the project includes automatic control, palletizing, strapping and hooding systems, as well as a concrete batching plant with a planetary mixer and high-precision pigment dosing system.
