GJB 150.2-1986 Low pressure test--Altitude Test Chamber

Sanwood Technology production of Altitude Test Chamber , its performance fits well with the GJB 150.2-1986 military equipment environmental test methods low air pressure (height) test’ standard.

GJB usually refers to national military standards, which are standards approved and issued by the General Armaments Department (or other relevant military organizations) for the design, production, testing and inspection of military products. These standards are designed to ensure that the quality and performance of military products meet military requirements.

Overview of testing standards:

The standard GJB 150.2-1986 Environmental Test Methods for Military Equipment Low Pressure (Altitude) Test, which is a part of China's National Defence Science and Technology Industry Standards, provides for the relevant methods and standards for the environmental testing of military equipment, including the low air pressure (altitude) test.

Performance requirements of Altitude Test Chamber :

1. Temperature range and fluctuation

Temperature fluctuation during the test is no more than ± 0.5 ℃.

In the steady state, the difference between the actual temperature and the set temperature is not more than ± 2 ℃.

2. Relative humidity range and fluctuations

The maximum relative humidity is not higher than 95%.

In the stable state, the relative humidity fluctuation is not greater than ± 3%.

3, Air pressure range and volatility

The lowest air pressure is not less than 100kPa, the highest air pressure is not higher than 1000kPa.

In the stable state, the air pressure fluctuation is not greater than ± 0.5kPa.

In the stable state, the air pressure deviation is not more than ±1.5kPa.

The performance of Sanwood Technology Altitude Test Chamber  (under normal pressure and no load):

Temperature range: -70℃~+150℃

Temperature fluctuation: ≤±0.5℃

Temperature deviation: ≤±2.0℃.

Temperature uniformity: ≤±2.0°C

Temperature rise speed: -70℃→+150℃≤ 70min

Cooling speed: +30℃→-70℃< 75min

Pressure range: atmospheric pressure ~ 0.5 kPa

Pressure deviation: ≤ ±2 kPa (standard atmospheric pressure ~ 40 kPa)

≤ ±0.5 kPa(40~4 kPa)

≤ ±0.1 kPa(4~1kPa)

Features of Altitude Test Chamber :

In the process of research and development, Sanwood Technology always regards the safety and performance of the equipment as equally important core elements.

Material and structure: The inner and outer boxes of the test chamber are made of high quality materials with good corrosion resistance and sealing.

Control system: the test chamber adopts the imported programmable touch LCD Chinese and English dialogue display microcomputer integrated controller, which makes the operation more simple and intuitive.

Strong sealing: the chamber door, the test area, and the shell are equipped with high-temperature resistant sealing strips and compression devices, effectively ensuring the sealing and insulation performance of the box, which is particularly important for low air pressure test.

Sanwood Technology production of Altitude Test Chamber , its performance fits well with the GJB 150.2-1986 military equipment environmental test methods low air pressure (height) test’ standard. Sanwood Technology has been focusing on more energy-saving and safer reliability of environmental test equipment technology and laboratory total solutions, its products are widely used in new energy vehicles, energy storage, electronic semiconductors, solar photovoltaic, national defence weapons and many other important areas, and passed the ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 quality system certification, is the national high-tech enterprises, the Guangdong speciality, innovation and civil-military integration enterprise.
