Technical Characteristics:

1.Good Continuity Of Operation

Tianli Energy has adopted the buried-pipe fluidized bed with returning charge to greatly improve the operability and continuity of the ammonium sulfate drying system. Judging from the operation condition of current caprolactam ammonium sulphate drying system, the system can generally run continuously for more than 60 days, and some projects have been continuously operating for more than 180 days. The ammonium sulfate drying device is no longer the production bottleneck of the caprolactam process system.

Due to the use of re-feeding mixing technology, the feed moisture is reduced to about 1%, the material looseness is greatly enhanced, and the high-pressure fluidized air is used to ensure the fluidized effect of the fluidized bed. Compared with ordinary boiling fluidized bed,the fluidization state of Tianli Energy’s fluidized bed is better, which greatly reduces the occurrence of material blockage inside the fluidized bed.

2.Good Adaptability To The Moisture Of Incoming Ammonium Sulfate

Because the system uses mechanical returning charge material premixing technology, side outlet air distribution plate technology, and high operating pressure of fluidized bed, the drying system has a good adaptability to the moisture of incoming ammonium sulfate, and the system can still operate normally and stably under the higher moisture conditions of ammonium sulfate.

3.Good Energy Saving Effect

The buried tube fluidized bed is a kind of high-efficiency and energy-saving equipment. As far as the current running equipment is concerned, the production of 1 ton of ammonium sulphate by the buried tube fluidized bed system can save more than 40kg of steam, which has very good energy saving effect.

4. Exhaust Emission Meets Standards

The exhaust scrubbing and dedusting tower developed by Tianli Energy adopts the dust removal and defogging technology with the combination of two-stage series and tube demister; the exhaust emission meets the emission standard of <10mg / m³.
