Test machine is mainly used for shock resistance testing of damping element. Impact damping element in the form of free fall by using a heavy hammer, record the impact load and the vertical deformation of the specimen under the condition of instant impact, drawing load, displacement and time curve, and judge the shock resistance of the specimen according to the above parameters.
Test machine using motor or cylinder lift heavy hammer, up to a certain height, then impact test specimen in the form of free-fall. Load sensor installed on the equipment base. The displacement data gathered by an LVDT. The data of displacement and load gathered by NI card which has the function of high-speed data acquisition, then curves drawn by computer.
