Full digital transmitting module is the soul of DMP305X monosilicon pressure transmitter, not only transmitting process pressure to 4-20 mA standard signal, realize signal conversion from site to control room, but also transmitting process pressure to pressure, differential pressure, level, flow, etc. From production process, transmitting module is the core part of automatic production for monosilicon pressure transmitter. All data of linear and temperature compensation and range calibration data are saved in transmitting module. All the operations are realized by transmitting module at site, the monosilicon pressure transmitter will finish the measurement. ASIC and SMT signal transmitting module with powerful 24 ADC to achieve high precision and quick response. 160 pressure calibration points in seven temperature zones and 20 linear points, which makes DMP305X with higher level.

At the same time, DMP305X monosilicon pressure transmitter simplified the menu and highlighted its practicability, and added fast operation menu, to help users realize measuring configuration from the factory to the actual working conditions by a single operation. The operation of quick menu can be realized by HART remote protocol or by transmitting module or the three keys under the label of junction box to complete the configuration work in dangerous places.
