LEEG Updated ERP and MES Information System
LEEG updated ERP and MES information system to promote Lean Management ability
The purpose of management is to realize connected processes, meeting the demands of customers accurately and timely from end-to-end in the simplest and the most effective ways. The ERP adopted currently of LEEG is imported from Dec, 2011 which has been used more than five years and it cannot provide end-to-end high-standard supports. LEEG decided to start updating ERP and implementing MES project so as to strengthen data collection and process optimization, get rid of the dependence to individual, so as to be effectively and concisely for input to output, decrease levels as far as possible and make the cost lowest and efficiency highest, to realize Lean Management.
