We are proud to announce the completion and delivery of a new custom-built sheet metal forming solution: the 300-ton PMM 300 MT mobile gantry hydraulic press. This model represents SICMI's technological excellence for straightening heavy structural steelwork and large metal sheets .

The 300-ton PMM 300 MT mobile gantry hydraulic press is designed for maximum versatility and precision. With a power of 300 tons and an impressive 3000 x 6000 mm worktable , the machine allows you to handle bulky components with extreme ease .

The heart of the system is the mobile portal, featuring:

Longitudinal displacement of the frame : up to 4600 mm .

Cylinder lateral displacement : up to 2200 mm .

Cylinder stroke : 700 mm, with a clearance between stem and top of 1300 mm .

Innovation and Digital Control
To ensure maximum operational efficiency, the press integrates an advanced digital control system via Siemens KTP 900 touchscreen . This allows the operator to program up to 100 different cycles, monitoring critical parameters such as working pressure and cylinder positioning in real time with an accuracy of 0.1 mm .

Furthermore, the worktable is equipped with 12 retractable lifting cylinders and T-slots to facilitate positioning and locking of the pieces . Safety and visibility are guaranteed by a double row of anti-glare LED lights and a double-button remote control system .

Thanks to the air/oil heat exchanger and advanced alarm management, the PMM 300 MT ensures constant reliability even during intensive work cycles .
