While maintaining the reliability and efficiency of the standard configuration, this special 100-ton hydraulic press has been completely customized to optimize the customer's production processes.

The value of customization: larger dimensions for maximum versatility
The truly distinctive feature of this model lies in the significantly larger work tables. Compared to traditional models, both the fixed lower table and the movable upper table have been enlarged to a usable surface of 900 x 900 mm. The tables slide along four slide guides, which, due to the larger size of the work tables, are installed outside the frame. Both tables are equipped with T-slots, ideal for quick, safe, and versatile mold mounting.

This geometric expansion of the work area offers significant strategic advantages:

Cycle time optimization: It allows the possible assembly of multiple molds to optimize the molding phases.

In addition to the light between the uprights of 1050 mm, the press boasts a cylinder stroke of 500 mm and a maximum distance between the boards of 700 mm. Performance is supported by a dual-speed hydraulic power unit (4 kW) which ensures a quick approach to 25 mm / sec and a working speed of 4 mm / sec.

As with every Sicmi solution, safety is a priority: the press integrates photoelectric barriers with a coverage height of 1000 mm and perimeter protections in metal mesh, ensuring full compliance with CE regulations.
