The IO 011: A True Multi-talent
Digital and analog united in one module
The IO 011 enhances the S-DIAS control system from SIGMATEK with a mixed module. Within a width of only 12.5 mm, 14 digital I/Os as well as two analog inputs open a variety of in and output possibilities. Through the combination of digital and analog I/Os in a module, users can save control cabinet space and increase the cost efficiency of their application.
The multi-IO module has six digital inputs with an input current of 3.7 mA and an input delay of typically 0.5 ms. Eight digital outputs are also integrated, which are short-circuit proof and designed for 0.5 A. The outputs are back-readable and can also be used as inputs.
In addition to the digital I/Os, an analog voltage input (±10 V DC with a 16-bit resolution) and an analog current input are integrated. This is designed for measurement ranges of 0-20 mA or 4-20 mA with a resolution of 16 bits.
As all other control components from SIGMATEK, the IO 011 can be comfortably programmed and configured with the object-oriented engineering tool LASAL.
