Creep testing machine

RDL-100 Electronic High-temperature Creep Relaxation Testing Machine consists of main frame, electronic control system, computer system and environment (temperature) device, etc.

The controller adopted is EDC-222imported from Germany DOLI company. The system software is developed by Changchun Research Institute for Mechanical Science co.,LTD and Germany DOLI company with exclusive sales rights. and CCPS5.0 which developed by Changchun Research Institute for Mechanical Science co.,LTD.It can control and test both single machine and multiple machines.

The control system of testing machine provide control mode of force and deformation, and can switch smoothly. It can set force (or deformation) and the speed of loading, controling loads added to the sample according to a certain rate. When the set value is reached it can automatically maintain a constant, and with up to 12 sections of the test machine control functions.

The deformation measurement is carried out by the digital grating, which ensures the accuracy and stability of the test of the testing machine . Under the control system, the deformation measurement sensor grating has the function of repeated adjustment and accumulation which can extend the scope of measurement.

The upper computer software can record the load, temperature and deformation data and curve, and has the data storage, data processing, regression, extended calculation and drawing test curve. Test data can be imported into Excel document for processing. It also have functions of breakpoint recovery, curve auto refresh, fault self diagnosis.

Dynamic calibration of the controller has a unique function to prevent drift to ensure long-term test load measurement and control of precision.

Controller built-in creep long test software CreepTest, which is my company and Germany DOLI company development, with exclusive sales rights.

External controller can accomplish test alone when separated from the computer.

Temperature control system use SCR shift trigger to control temperature and to extend life time of the atmospheric furnace and also to raise the precision of temperature control.

Cold end use Cu50 for compensation. Temperature measurement deviation can be within 0.5℃.
