ULTRASONIC WELDER MODEL USP COMPACT-M

The ultrasonic welders Compact-M series have been designed and manufactured using the most up to date CAD and CNC technologies.

This ultrasonic welder is particularly suitable in the welding of small pieces and its mechanical concept is easy to use and handy. The absolute reliability of the ultrasonic generators let to obtain an uniform welding process. Two types of ultrasonic welders Compact-M series are available:

Bench-type;

Column type (possibility to be included into automatic lines)

The motion of the transducer holder head is pneumatic and achieved on high precision prismatic guides. The ultrasonic generators in use are available with frequency of 20 or 36 kHz and power of 500W. These leading edge ultrasonic generators are totally digital and incorporate a back light display contained into an elegant metal frame. The panel of the microprocessor is Touch Screen and allows you to set the working parameters and displays all the functions of the welding machine.

The following features are available:

- 4 languages already available Italian, English, French, German.

- Ability to store 50 different programs

- Working mode costant time-costant energy-welding quota (with optical line with centesimal resolution)

- Centesiman time resolution

- Ability to set the limits for the quality control of the welded piece

- Ability to set the welding parameters with indication of sonotrode no., working pressure, Part #, kind of booster

- USB connection port for transferring the welding data on external acquisition systems

- Counter pieces with display good pieces, bad pieces.

One of the most important feature of this welder is certainly the cycle control system completely run by a MICROPROCESSOR.
