**NEW Welders with electric drive and brushless motors
Special welders
Our new line of electric welding machines enables the most common problems related to pneumatic systems to be solved. Thrust pressure is a basic parameter for ultrasonic, vibration, hot-blade, and rotofriction welding. There are many applications that require high precision and process reliability, and in this context, variability in pneumatic systems can adversely affect the welding process. The use of brushless electric motors and their drives can greatly improve the quality of the final weld. In fact, the welding depth, speed, and thrust pressure can be controlled in a timely manner. These parameters can be saved as a welding program, which can be recalled at any time without having to repeat the initial setup.
The new line of electrically driven welding machines for plastics consists of:
- New Dynamic ultrasonic welding machine, with brushless motor 0.75 Kw - 2.4 Nm - stroke 400 mm. The welding machine is equipped with the new SE Series ultrasonic generator, 2000 watts - 20kHz;
- Circular vibration welding machine VSP 405, with 3.5 Kw brushless motor and welding depth control;
- SWP 06-2023 rotofriction welding machine, equipped with a new 10" touch screen panel and Auto
Tuning System, which allows the gain of the brushless motor to be calibrated according to the dynamic
load of each spindle. With this welding machine, the welding graph can be displayed on the control panel. Also presented will be the innovative SWP Mini rotofriction welding machine, which is all-electric and an ideal solution for welding small parts. Due to its precision, this technology is particularly suitable for the medical sector;
- The new D 2023 hot-blade welding machine, with brushless motors and related motors for horizontal movement of the plate and upper die. These welders are available in different sizes depending on the size of the parts to be welded.
