In recent years, the demand for the construction of special machines has grown steadily. Many new applications, in fact, require high quality controls that can no longer be governed by the single operator.

This need must be addressed in accordance with the customer's needs, trying to create a working group that sees supplier and end user as protagonists, combining specific knowledge in order to create reliable assembly and welding systems.

Sirius Electric stands out for its ability to meet similar needs. SPIN/friction welding is a very interesting and versatile technology, suitable for the assembly of pieces in thermoplastic material with circular shapes.

Welding machines can also be made for large pieces and with auxiliary devices that control and end the production cycle.

One of our special welding machines has been designed for the simultaneous welding of two PP parts in the water treatment sector.

The goal was to create a machine that could simultaneously weld two pieces with different geometries and with a significant variety of items.

The double head spin welder has the capacity to memorize 20 different welding programs. With the use of brushless motors and their drivers, we have created the two rotating spindles and the electric axes that move these spindles.

The recall of the welding program sets the various parameters very quickly.

In this way, the format change is very fast and the electronic management of the movements guarantees absolute welding repeatability.
