The ultrasonic welders USP-M series have been designed using advanced technologies such as 3D CAD and CNC. They provide mechanical and electrical solutions that allow for precise adjustments to accommodate a wide range of welding issues. Thanks to the reliability of the ultrasonic generators, the welding process remains consistent. These welders are available in three models: with a base, benchtop, and column for insertion into automatic lines.

The movement of the transducer head is pneumatic and occurs on high-precision prismatic guides, with a mechanical stop for controlling the welding height. A wide range of generators enhances the selection options, with systems available at 20 and 36 KHz and power ranging from 500 to 3000 Watts. The generators are state-of-the-art and fully digital, featuring backlit displays and elegant design.

A distinctive feature of these welders is the cycle control system fully managed by a TOUCH SCREEN DISPLAY.

The ultrasonic generators of the DIGITAL SE-22 series feature a front panel with a backlit display showing all programming and usage information. Programming and selection of various functions are done through a rotating switch with a confirmation button, making selection extremely simple and fast. LED indicators for control and a Test button for starting the ultrasonics are also present.

The welder management is entrusted to a cutting-edge MICROPROCESSOR system, with simple and immediate programming via a Touch Screen keypad. Functions include storing 50 welding programs, the ability to work in constant time, constant energy, and welding height mode, centesimal time resolution, setting limits for welded piece quality control, setting welding parameters with detailed indications, and the possibility of connection with a USB port for welding data transfer.
