Soldo Cavitators®: the technology for any plant and process

SOLDO Cavitators ® can be installed in batch, batch recirculation, semi-batch and continuous and can be easily integrated into any type of system , even existing ones.

BATCH

SOLDO Cavitators ® technology can be installed in BATCH , as a “vertical” mixer. The controlled cavitation expressed by our technology directly transfers physical energy, increasing the quality of the process, offering optimization in terms of cost and time compared to a normal mechanical stirrer.

BATCH RECICRCULATION

SOLDO Cavitators ® technology can be installed in BATCH-RECIRCULATION also externally to the reactor or to the tank / tank. This installation is particularly useful for treating in bypass an aliquot of the product contained in the fermenter / tank / tank, recirculating it again inside it.

SEMI BATCH

In the event that the product is destined for subsequent transformation processes, the SOLDO Cavitators ® technology can be installed in SEMI-BATCH to transfer the product (or an aliquot of it) from one fermenter / tank / tank to another.

CONTINUOUS

SOLDO Cavitators ® technology is particularly suitable also for CONTINUOUS processes , with even greater potential in terms of treatable volumes, exploiting the economy of scale typical of these processes. Through the SOLDO Cavitators® technology it is also possible to transform the batch process into a continuous process.
