Our thermal shock chamber is designed with three separate zones, one for high temperature, one for normal temperature and one for low temperature. Compared with the traditional thermal shock test chamber, the outer chamber of our SS/80/3P is made of 1.5mm thick cold-rolled steel plate, which is brushed and polished, and treated with high temperature paint, which is not easy to scratch. The inner chamber is made of fully welded SUS304 stainless steel plate with a thickness of 1.2 mm. The door is made of double-layer silicone sealing material, and the sealing effect is good. The observation window is made of 4-layer tempered glass and is equipped with LED light strips, which is convenient for you to observe the product during the test. The size of the window can be customized according to your requirements. In addition, a 24V heating wire is built around the glass to prevent the glass from frosting during low temperature testing.
