OMD-525 Online Trace Oxygen Analyzer w/ USB Data Logging

The OMD-525 Trace Oxygen Analyzer is an intelligent microprocessor-controlled instrument that is supplied to monitor oxygen with full scale ranges including 0 - 10ppm, 100ppm, 1000ppm, 1% and 25%. Power requirements for the unit is 100 - 240V AC, an optional 12 - 24VDC supply is available.

The integral Data logging through a removable flash drive gives this analyzer a unique and powerful feature in the market. Files are stored in a .csv file which can be opened with Microsoft Excel. The user friendly menu allows the user to select the logging interval (minutes) and the data is stored with a time and date stamp.

Auto-range includes 0 - 10/100/1000ppm/1%/25%, Range ID is available through a 1 - 5VDC analog output. Manual range mode is easily selectable through the user friendly menu. Gas connections are made via Swagelok 1/8" tube fittings with an inlet rating of 0 - 60 PSIG and a flow recommendation of 0.5 - 5.0 SCFH. The electronic features are rounded out by two fully configurable High / Low alarm relay contacts with delay mode.

Housed in an IP66 (NEMA4X) enclosure, this industrial oxygen analyzer is ready for the toughest environments.
