Stäubli showcases advanced weaving solutions at ITM 2026 in Istanbul

Stäubli Textile will take part in ITM 2026, the International Textile Machinery Exhibition, held in Istanbul (Hall 8 – Stand 803). The event remains a major global platform for textile innovation, bringing together key industry players from Türkiye, the Middle East, and surrounding regions. Through its participation, Stäubli reinforces its long-standing commitment to supporting textile manufacturers in one of the world’s most dynamic production hubs.

Türkiye: a pivotal hub for global textile production

Türkiye continues to be a leading force in the international textile and apparel industry, driven by strong export capabilities and a diversified production base spanning denim, home textiles, ready-to-wear garments, technical fabrics, and carpets. Its proximity to Europe offers manufacturers a strategic advantage, enabling fast delivery times and flexible production models aligned with near-shoring strategies.
In this highly competitive environment, manufacturers are accelerating investments in automation, energy optimization, and production reliability. These requirements are driving demand for high-performance weaving preparation and shedding technologies capable of supporting complex designs, rapid style changes, and sustained high-speed production.

A complete portfolio dedicated to performance and flexibility

At ITM 2026, Stäubli will present a broad range of solutions designed to enhance productivity, ensure process stability, and deliver superior fabric quality across diverse applications. The portfolio includes advanced weaving preparation systems, cam motions, rotary dobbies, and Jacquard technologies.

Focus on weaving preparation

Among the highlights, the SAFIR PRO S47 automatic drawing-in machine combines speed, precision, and versatility. Designed for fabrics made from coarse, fancy, or technical yarns, including denim and glass fiber, it can achieve drawing-in speeds of up to 190 ends per minute. Its Active Warp Control 2.0 technology enables precise handling, while its flexibility supports rapid setup and complex weaving configurations.
Complementing this offer, the TIEPRO warp knotting machine provides an efficient and cost-effective solution for standard yarn applications. Its innovative yarn separation system eliminates the need for separation needles, enabling fast, reliable knotting with high consistency across a wide range of warp sheets.

High-speed shedding technologies

For high-speed weaving environments, Stäubli will feature the S1792 cam motion, engineered for continuous operation. With 10 lifting units and compatibility with air-jet and rapier weaving machines, it delivers stable performance at speeds reaching up to 1,400 rpm, ensuring consistent fabric quality in demanding production conditions.
The S3060 electronic rotary dobby offers robust and adaptable performance across a wide variety of applications. Its design ensures precise shed formation and stable operation at high speeds, making it a reliable solution for mills seeking both efficiency and long-term durability.

Advanced Jacquard capabilities

Stäubli will also spotlight its SX PRO Jacquard machine, combining lifting capacity, precision, and durability for intricate fabric production. Suitable for applications such as terry cloth, upholstery, silk, apparel, and technical textiles, it delivers high-quality results across multiple weaving systems.
Further expanding the offering, the company will present the S3280 rotary dobby, known for its robustness and high-speed capabilities in denim weaving, as well as the GA500 Jacquard harness, designed to ensure stable and precise transmission between the machine and warp threads for consistent fabric quality.
For specialized applications such as velvet and technical textiles, the SX PRO V, LX PRO V, and LXL PRO V Jacquard machines provide vibration-free operation and enhanced resistance to high mechanical stress, ensuring long-lasting reliability with minimal maintenance.

Digital services enhancing operational efficiency

In addition to its machinery, Stäubli will promote MyStäubli, its digital customer platform. The solution provides users with immediate access to technical documentation, spare parts management, and service support. By simplifying maintenance and operational workflows, MyStäubli helps customers maximize machine uptime and optimize performance throughout the equipment lifecycle.
