STM and Maximator JET again show innovative spirit at the Blechexpo 2016

With a live demonstration of its successful 3D cutting head “STM3D/68” and the brand new “OneClean system” for the recycling of pure and Abrasive water, the Austrian waterjet specialist and its German system partner Maximator JET present sustainable solutions for efficient waterjet cutting

The subject of economic efficiency has been the signature feature of waterjet specialist STM and Maximator JET for more than 30 years. The two system partners are proving their innovative spirit in this field again in time for the Blechexpo: In light of the growing costs for energy and water, STM 2015 will present two in-house developments that will make cutting with water not only more accurate, but also considerably more cost efficient. On the resource level, the brand new “OneClean” system guarantees clearly lower costs for water and abrasive. This is ensured with the previously unique modular water treatment solution that not only removes sludge from of the cutting tank, cleans cutting water until it can be introduced into the conduit and that can recycle cutting water at 100% and abrasive at 50% in the final expansion stage. With this innovation that can be retrofit at any time, STM ensures that new and existing customers can make their own production processes sustainably fit for the future and more economic. The 3D-cutting head “STM3D/68” has been very popular in the waterjet cutting field since its introduction. It allows parallel 2D and 3D cutting with and without abrasive at tilting angles of up to 68° and pressures of up to 6000 bar on the basis of one and the same software program. This reduces the operating costs for first-class 3D cuts to the level of customary 2D cuts. The successful waterjet pioneers will prove this from November 3 to 6, 2015, in hall 5, booth 5104, at the Stuttgart trade show Blechexpo with live demonstrations. Interested persons who register with a cutting sample up to 14 days before the start of the trade show will get their individually cut work piece as well as various cutting parameters and comprehensive consulting at the booth.
