JONO Recyclable Waste Solution
Hangzhou Recyclable Waste Treatment Plant
This project mainly deals with dry waste from MSW. The dry waste and wet waste are separated by the household, then be collected by the collection&transportation company for centralized treatment.
Project Information
Hangzhou Recyclable Waste (Dry MSW) Treatment Plant Project aims to promote household waste classification and recycling, as well as the recovery of renewable resources.
It utilizes modern information technology like the IoT (Internet of Things) , big data, and information management platforms to establish a convenient "highway" for efficient waste management in households. This innovative system connects households through garbage bags, community service stations, collection vehicles, and sorting warehouses.
With this user-friendly waste management system, residents can easily classify their waste and ensure proper collection, transportation, and disposal.
Project Highlights
Through the "Internet+Internet of Things" model, it intelligently manages every step involved in household waste source sorting, collection, transportation, and disposal.
By integrating household waste sorting with recycling and utilization of renewable resources, this project achieves seamless network integration.
Operating in a market-oriented manner through government procurement services, it successfully tackles waste sorting issues while promoting the recycling of renewable resources.
Project Outcome
JONO Enviro is responsible for constructing the dry waste sorting line for this project, which processes 200 tons of dry waste per day using both automated mechanical and manual sorting methods.
The sorted materials, classified into over 20 different types, are sold as raw materials to downstream deep processing enterprises for resource utilization. This efficient sorting line achieves a remarkable 98% resource utilization rate and significantly enhances harmlessness.
