JONO’s C&D Waste Solution
Nanhu Construction and Demolition Waste Disposal Center Project
Project Overview
The Nanhu Construction and Demolition Waste Disposal Center Project is located in Nanhu District, Jiaxing City. The project occupies an area of 46.59 mu (3.04 hectares) and has a total building area of approximately 23,000 square meters. The main construction comprises a fixed-type construction and demolition waste treatment center, including a building and decoration waste treatment workshop, raw material storage area, recycled aggregate production workshop, brick production workshop, and garden waste treatment workshop. The factory buildings adopt a fully enclosed structure. Other facilities include a wharf, river dredging, roads, and greenery.
The project is designed to handle 400,000 tons of construction waste annually, among which: about 250,000 tons/year of construction waste, about 120,000 tons/year of decoration waste (including large-sized waste), and about 30,000 tons/year of garden waste.
The main object of this project is mixed construction and decoration waste. In landfills and stockpiles, construction and decoration waste contains more than 5% of slag and more than 8% of combustible materials.
Project Highlight
This project has the following two features based on the customer's needs and the on-site situation:
Multi-line Processing
This project is equipped with production equipment including a 300 tons/hour brick and concrete waste crushing and screening line, a 60 tons/hour renovation waste treatment line, a 10 tons/hour garden waste treatment line, a 300 tons/hour water stabilization layer mixing material production line, and a brick production line that can produce 20,000 standard bricks per hour.
Various Recycled Materials
Through mechanical sorting, crushing, screening, air separation, manual sorting, and water washing of construction and renovation waste, the waste is restored to clean sand and gravel aggregate, brick sand, screened soil, scrap iron, lightweight materials (including crushed wood, plastic, and fabric), and other substances. Then, various types of recycled materials are produced through brick production lines and water-stabilized layer mix production lines, including water-stabilized layer base material, eco-bricks, and square bricks (the main products of this project).
