Project Overview
Located at No. 115, Tongda Road, Chongchuan District, Nantong, Jiangsu Province, the Chongchuan Recyclable Waste Treatment Project is a key initiative supporting Nantong’s vision of green development and circular economy. The facility handles 16 tons of general industrial solid waste per day, collected from surrounding enterprises.

Materials processed include aluminum cans, Tetra Pak cartons, PET plastics, PP plastics, and other recyclable waste such as used ton bags, plastic films, cardboard, and scrap metals. Through advanced technologies, the project transforms waste into reusable resources — truly turning "waste into treasure."

The project is optimized for individual items up to 0.5 kg, ensuring high throughput without compromising accuracy. Apart from that, it has the following highlights:

Smart Sorting Technology
Equipped with the Light Breeze Series AI Robotic Sorter, the facility utilizes intelligent vision systems and machine learning to achieve sorting accuracy of no less than 95%.
