JONO’s C&D Solution
Hefei Baohe Construction and Decoration Waste Treatment Project
Project Overview
The Hefei Baohe Construction and Decoration Waste Treatment Project is located in Hefei City, Anhui Province, China. Covering an area of 6,000 square meters with a total investment of RMB 26.6 million, the facility is capable of handling 1,000 tons of construction and decoration waste per day, reaching an annual treatment capacity of over 300,000 tons.
This project plays a crucial role in promoting green urban development in Hefei. By adopting an intelligent and systematic waste recycling process, it converts mixed construction and decoration waste into reusable materials such as recycled aggregates, effectively reducing landfill usage and resource consumption. The entire system is designed and supplied by JONO Environmental, a leader in solid waste recycling and sustainable technology solutions.
Project Highlights
Integrated and Intelligent Waste Treatment Line
Construction and demolition waste is transported to the material yard and pre-sorted by forklift operators. Large concrete blocks are crushed by breakers and evenly fed via a vibrating feeder into a jaw crusher, where materials are reduced in size and then conveyed for further processing.
Advanced Multi-Stage Screening Process
After crushing, materials are transported via universal solid waste conveyors to a vibrating step screen, which separates them into >350mm, 180–350mm, and <180mm fractions. A composite screen further refines the <180mm materials into 0–15mm, 15–60mm, and 60–180mm grades for targeted processing.
The 15–60mm and 60–180mm materials are fed into multi-channel separator for secondary sorting, producing fine aggregates, coarse aggregates, and lightweight materials. Lightweight fractions are directed to an air separation system, while heavy materials undergo manual purification on the second sorting platform to ensure high recovery purity.
Eco-Friendly and Dust-Free Operation
The plant adopts a specialized environmental protection design with fully enclosed dust control and air filtration systems. This ensures that dust emissions are minimized throughout the operation—achieving the goal of “dust-free and pollution-free processing.”
Conclusion
The Hefei Baohe Construction and Decoration Waste Recycling Project demonstrates how innovative technology and sustainable engineering can transform urban waste management. By efficiently recycling construction debris into usable aggregates, the project not only supports resource recovery and circular economy development but also enhances the city’s environmental resilience.
JONO Enviro continues to innovate in the field of solid waste treatment, delivering customized, intelligent, and environmentally responsible solutions that empower cities to build a cleaner and greener future.
