Data monitoring: precise and independent of place

Niddatal (Germany), May 2014 – With data loggers, goods and processes can be safeguarded, monitored and documented efficiently. As of now, T&D Corporation, a market leader in Japan, is offering a new generation of devices for use across Europe. The new TR-700W series data loggers are able to collect measured temperature and humidity data with high precision. Their network connection enables supervision of data anytime from anywhere. With the company''s latest innovation – the convenient WebStorage service viewer app - users can easily access logged data with a mobile device.

Data loggers can be fixed flexibly in number and place and connected if required with or without a wire (WiFi) to a LAN-network. They enable the user to monitor current readings, collect recorded data and have warning notifications sent from the logger via intra- or internet. This means that data can be documented consistently and monitored from a PC or mobile device, independent of where it is collected. T&D also offers clients a free of charge WebStorage Service that provides a storage capacity of up to 20 MB on a central server. Data can be controlled over the internet from arbitrary browsers.

For immediate intervention in the case of any disturbance, an emergency alert can be programmed: Measurements deviating from the programmed tolerance values trigger an alarm signal on site or via a warning e-mail. Their flexibility and safety means that this new generation of data loggers are perfectly suited for use in industrial or public areas, for example in factories and production lines, storage facilities, laboratories, exhibition spaces or engineering rooms. In the field of nutritional industries, data loggers can help to maintain quality and hygiene standards and fulfil obligatory documentation requirements.

The data loggers can measure temperatures from -60° to +155°C, with a measurement resolution of 0,1° and accuracy of +/- 0,3°. Humidity can be measured over a spectrum from 0 to 99 per cent, with a measurement resolution of 0,1 per cent relative humidity and accuracy of +/- 2,5 per cent . An integrated LCD display ensures metering on site. The user-friendly software comes free of charge, as does the T&D WebStorage Service.
