TBH at COMPAMED 2026: Extraction for Medical Device Manufacturing

Laser marking, machining small components and soldering medical electronics can release fumes and particles directly at the workstation. In controlled production environments, capturing these emissions at source is part of planning the process. The extraction point, filtration and maintenance access all need to fit the application.

At COMPAMED 2026, from 16–19 November in Düsseldorf, TBH will present its CR series for cleanrooms and sensitive manufacturing environments. You can meet our team in Hall 8B at the Baden-Württemberg joint stand THE LÄND. COMPAMED takes place alongside MEDICA.

The CR-GL 265 is designed for local extraction in these environments. CCI has confirmed its suitability for use in cleanrooms down to ISO Class 5 according to DIN EN ISO 14644-1. Its stainless steel housing is easy to clean, while multi-stage filtration includes a downstream H14 safety filter. A 25-pin Sub-D interface allows integration into production equipment.

Filter replacement also deserves attention when planning an installation. Depending on the configuration, the patented SafeChange system enables low-contamination or contamination-free filter replacement. This makes it possible to consider maintenance requirements from the outset, alongside extraction performance and filter selection.
