Robotic palletization of concrete slabs

TECAUMA carried out a robotic cell to palletize concrete slabs, for a big French manufacturer of concrete slabs.

The process is made of two robots :

The first robot picks the concrete slabs from the line and stacks them.

The second robot picks the slab stacks, brings them to the strapping machine and sets them on the pallet when they are strapped.

The process is fully automated, without any manual operation. It can be adapted to several sizes of slabs, and different conditioning layouts. It can palletize pressed concrete slabs, slabs with pattern…
