Pleated Cardboard Filter is adapted to filtration of wet overspray during spraying process.
The Pleated Cardboard Filter is made of 2 pieces of paper, perforated, pleated and assembled with glue (recycled intercraft cardboard 250 g/m²).
The quality of paper ensures its self support and rigidity.
The pleated cardboard filter is designed for separation by inertia. The design of the filter obliges the charged air flow to change directions. The particles heavier than air then adhere to the walls while the clean air flow continues unhindered.
Retention capacity 4 to 5 times bigger than fiber glass filters.
Efficiency up to 98%.
Available in standard version or with polyester media sticked at the back.
