Airless Revolver: the fan pattern rotates 90° at the simple touch of a finger

The Airless Revolver is a professional airless spray gun in which the spray fan pattern rotates 90° with a detent, with the simple touch of a finger. The stop is entrusted to a poly-magnet system patented by Tecnover: the ring turns smoothly and stops precisely only on the two useful positions, vertical and horizontal.

The available versions are four. With the European thread for the tip guard base of 11/16" (measuring it externally, the diameter is about 17 mm) or the American one of 7/8" (about 22 mm), each available with a hose fitting of 1/4" or of 16x1.5, which is the standard fitting of Tecnover pumps. The choice depends on the machine already in use: in case of doubts we are at your disposal to help the customer choose the most suitable version.

If instead you want to update your own Airless gun, modernising it with this new feature, there is the Airless Fan Revolver, which allows the same magnetic mechanism on most of the airless guns on the market, extensions included. Equipped with a body in aluminium and glass-filled nylon, it is compatible with waterborne paints and with solvent-based ones, always in the two threads, European and American. A due warning before the purchase: it is not compatible with all types of trigger and in some cases a small modification could be needed.

It is fitted easily by hand without the use of particular tools. Its cleaning is done like that of the tip: the inside is flushed together with the normal end-of-day cycle of the pump, spraying the base of the product applied previously (water or the relevant solvent), without having to disassemble it.

The positive comment that reaches us most often from the customers who have been able to try this new technology concerns the relief felt in the evening on the wrists and on the shoulders. Working times get shorter too, of course. But with a traditional gun, to pass from the vertical fan pattern to the horizontal one, you have to stop, loosen the tip guard, rotate it and tighten it again; or else keep the wrist rotated out of its natural position for all the time that is needed. In the corners of walls, under a hull or on scaffolding, this gesture repeated dozens of times in a day brings pains and tiredness when the evening comes.
