Grid stability in the control cabinet
The brown-out detector from TELE can identify short-term interruptions in the electricity grid. Such line failures can lead to undefined conditions in control cabinets. Downtimes and high costs are a result.
Application
The brown-out detector from TELE reliably detects power fluctuations. It detects brown-outs / short interruptions of at least 10 ms, whereby the reaction time of the short-term interruptions is adjustable between 10 ms and 40 ms via potentiometer. Using the brown-out detector prevents undefined states from occuring in switching and control equipment.
Should there be a short interruption or a brief voltage drop, the device detects this an switches the system off (Reset). When the mains voltage returns, the unit switches back on after a delay (adjustable between 0.5 and 10 seconds)
