Power and flexibility of PAC of the Power family produced by Tex Computer permitted to realize a basic application program dedicated to pantographs for thermal cutting which is easily personalized according to the clients needs.
The axes managed are the classical 3 Cartesian axes (X, Y and Z) but, in big machines, longitudinal axis can be set as Gantry to realize a synchronized movement of 2 independent servo motors.
Supported cutting technologies are oxy, plasma and laser cutting, also combined among them; moreover the machine can be equipped with both, the classical drilling head with spindle, and the marking head.
In plasma heads, trigger and arc’s voltage setting are managed automatically, both according to the single operative situation, distinguished in trigger, drilling and cutting phases or after specific ISO commands which allow you, for example, to set a block in arc voltage regulations when it is cutting on the corner.
Regarding oxycut, machines can be equipped up to 8 operating transverse units at the same time and the available technological parameters allow you to reach the setted cutting speed progressively and to apply to the working both, drilling and breakthrough timer.
In both cases technolgical tables can be managed where working parameters are adjusted automatically according to the thickness of the material to work.
It’s also available a wide range of executive programs for flanges and other most common geometrical shapes, which are immediately usable thanks to parametric programming which allows you also to repeat cutting of the same shapes in modular arrays.
Before starting executive phase, axes path can be displayed on screen offering the possibility to pass from graphic simulation to working at any point in order to permit you to restart a cutting profile previously interrupted.
