NEW Optel-Texys® Torquemeter: OF-C2T

Discover TEXYS Group's brand-new torquemeter, designed for rough environments

After several months of intense development, TEXYS Group is proud to introduce the brand-new OF-C2T torquemeter. Its name stands for Optical Fast Calculation Torque Tool, which is designed for determining the torque based on 2 non-contact optical fiber points of measurement. The OF-C2T is a real group achievement, developed jointly by both our subsidiaries OPTEL-TEXYS and H2 Motronics.

The OF-C2T is an agile and comprehensive solution to acquire and calculate dynamic torque based on shift angle measurement technique. Torque is determined between 2 points of a shaft with known mechanical characteristics. Using an advanced in-house proprietary algorithm, it combines one Electronic Calculation Unit and two high dynamic optical sensors and probes. To sum it up, the OF-C2T is a stand-alone tool working with contactless sensors for quick installation in rough environments.
