1. Confirm the size range of the bearing you need

  Be sure first to know how big you need to use the bearing, and shape size is a very important parameter, and you can also say this, you need to install this bearing equipment installation size is how big, and then you can determine the size of the bearing.

2. Structure form

  It is not enough to determine the size because the same size of crossed roller bearings also have a lot of structure. There are outer ring split types (RB/RA), there is also inner ring split type(RE), and there are also whole structures (RU/CRBH).

The key depends on whether the part of the bearing to be driven to rotate needs to be mounted on the inner or outer ring of the bearing

 The separable outer ring type must be used if rotational accuracy is required in the inner ring.

 For the same reason, use the separable inner ring type if you need the outer ring rotation.

3. Mounting methods

 Another is the inner and outer ring have no mounting holes, mainly through the bearing seat, pressure flange, and shaft and bearing bore interference fit.

4. Load-carrying capacity

5. Accuracy and clearance
