Precise Control with Compact Vacuum Meters

The Thyracont VD850 digital vacuum meter is the ideal solution for optimum control of the vacuum required in this process. Equipped with a Piezo/Pirani combination sensor, the VD850 offers a large measurement range of 1200 to 5e-5 mbar (absolute) and -1060 to +340 mbar (relative). An integrated metal screen protects the sensor from contaminants such as oil or solvent vapors, while the optimized temperature compensation ensures stable measurement results.

Intelligent Data Acquisition for Process Optimization

The device’s internal data logger stores multiple separate measurement series with their RTC data. All recorded data can be conveniently transferred to a PC or tablet during or after the measurement via the USB interface or optionally via Bluetooth® LE. With its direct display of current values and pressure graphs, the VD850 enables quick diagnostics, supports preventive maintenance, and optimizes the process flow.
