This Mobile Filter Press Draco has 115 plates (1200 x 1200 mm) and 3620 liters capacity. The Filter Press is preassembled on a flatbed truck and is fitted with a belt conveyor to transport the sludge until a container.
This Automatic Filter Press has been working to dehydrate the sludge and reuse the water from fracking in Texas, United States. This preassembled Filter Press Draco was traveling from a settlement to another one and it has to be mounted and dismounted.
The sludge cakes were trasported in a belt conveyor placed under the Filter Press. Then, another belt conveyor brought the sludge cakes until the container to subsequent manage.
