UMAG Magnet used in Intralogistic System IE 5 Motor

UMAG has already involved in IE5 motors R&D and manufacturing several years ago, UMAG Permanent NdFeB Magnets have been used in thousands IE5 motors in various industries in Europe, Asia and American market.

To reach high efficiency, all components should be design for this target, including stator, rotor, shaft etc. As the key part of rotor, new designed NdFeB magnets provide ultimate magnetic field to support high power output with lower energy consumption. Also high coercivity support magnets keep providing strong magnetic field in high working temperature, this can help motor running well in various working conditions.

Apart from Permanent Magnets, UMAG is also involved in other magnetic component producing. Traditional magnetic material is core business and developed more than 20 years in UMAG. With the customers’ request and production capacity & capability growth, more and more rotors, stators, linear motors and other magnetic components are provided by UMAG instead of permanent magnets only. Furthermore, UMAG will enhance the R&D capability on magnetic assemblies design and manufacturing that can extend supply chain and establish deep cooperation with customers.
