SMD PCB wire terminal blocks for LED module

Newly launched SMD type wire fast connectors soldered on PCB are ideal of LED rigid/ hard strip and other industrial applictions.

The terminal block accommodates solid or fine-stranded or cable-lug crimped conductors, ranging in size from 0.2mm² to 0.75mm²(AWG24~18) . By push the internal spring on top with screwdriver,wires or linking insert can be easily pushed in or released.

These connectors are packaged in a wheel for automatic SMT assembly process. The mini size allows them to be ideal for use in LED lighting.

The housing is made of PPA which is UL94 V0 lever, allows it undertake up to 260ºC in reflow oven/ soldering. Contact is Phosphor Bronze plated with Tin for perfect electrical conductivity(IEC 300V/9A). Number of pole includes 1P, 2P and 3P.
