Venair’s R&D department presents new material, an elastomer composite especially designed for the use in Fuel Cells. This material has been designed to fulfill the main requirements in Fuel Cell applications and contribute to the overall efficiency of these systems.

The use of high purity and quality raw materials in VENA® FUEL CELL ensures the ultra-low content of leachable substances and component inertness in Fuel Cell ambient.

The low permeability and mechanical properties of VENA® FUEL CELL make it a good election for the whole construction of the hoses, not only the inner layer that leading to the improvement of the overall permeability of the hose.

The perfect hose for all fuel cell systems

Vena® Fuel cells are the perfect solution for al fuel cell lines: hydrogen, oxygen, cooling/ DI water as it fulfills the main requirements of the industry:

Good mechanical properties.

Low permeability.

Heat stability up to 130ºC with peaks up to 150ºC

Excellent purity - extremely low extractable and volatile compounds content.

Imparts almost no conductivity to contact fluids.

Excellent chemical resistance
