Increase Production with Vortex''s Quantum Series Wye Line Diverters

Unlike common in-line flap or plug-type diverters, Vortex''s series of wye line diverters offer a wider range of dilute phase and vacuum conveying options. The design features a stainless steel sliding blade while maintaining a positive seal when the ports are closed. The diverter is capable of shifting directions “on the fly” while the system''s blower or vacuum pump continues to operate. If installed near a destination point, the diverter may also shear through material to facilitate continuous conveying. The light weight valve can be installed horizontal or vertical and is serviceable while in-line.

Available in a variety of pipe or tube sizes and configurations, the diverter can be constructed of stainless steel, aluminum and/or carbon steel for pneumatic conveying systems. The diverter can be customized by selecting actuators, position indication switches, flanges, tube stubs and other modifications. The Quantum Series Wye Line Diverter also offers a wide variety of modifications to accommodate high or low temperatures, corrosive, humid, and hazardous environments.
