The Mobile HCU500 Diagnostics- an Calibration Unit features a simple, user oriented operation concept, designed for service calls.

The HCU500 analyses the signals from analogue Sin/Cos encoders in detail. Furthermore, evaluation of the quality of the encoder roller is carried out (magnet or gearwheel)

The following functions, among others, can be used with the VS Sensorik AM series encoders

The measured signal values and the encoder parameters can be used for quality assurance

and can later be importet to a PC via the integrated USB interface.

A magnet is integrated into the robust hard case of the HCU, so it can be attached to a machine.
