DRYING EXPERIMENT
Dried coconut sugar
The customer has sent us 25kg coconut sugar to do the experiment. Yesterday, our technician did the experiment and get success.
Our technicians first melt the coconut sugar samples sent by customers in hot water and then pour them into the spherical concentration tank to test the sugar content of coconut sugar water in different periods of time. In the video, we can see the state of coconut sugar water with different sugar content. Ultimately, the 82 Brix coconut sugar water was in a state suitable for drying using our Liquid Vacuum Belt Dryer. The final product is in the state of fine powder.
