The company, established on July 9, 2008, is located in the east of Lanshan Port Area, Rizhao, Shandong Province. It is a well-known enterprise in Rizhao refined petroleum products factory industry.

In October 2016, there were two ELL-SA-GE non-contact level switches were installed on two tar pitch storage tanks in the finished product tank farm. After testing, these two instruments met the requirements of the tank farm and the experts. Until now, the instruments operate well with their accurate and reliable alarm for the liquid level.
