ELL Ultrasonic Non-contact Level Switch Application

The new construction project of 2×660MW unit of the company was the first large-scale power supply construction project invested and constructed by China Guodian Corporation in Hunan Province. Hunan Baodian Coal Industry Co., Ltd., which is controlled by the company, planned to acquire, develop and operate 2.4 million T / a coal mines in Shaoyang, and implement and put into operation simultaneously with the power plant project. The plant site was located in Yuxi Town, Daxiang district, Shaoyang City, Hunan Province, 6km away from the main urban area of Shaoyang City, and was located in the upper reaches of Zijiang River. Luoyang Zhanjiang railway, shangrui Expressway and national highway 207 all pass near the plant, so the transportation is very convenient. The planned installed capacity of the power plant was four 660MW units and in phase I project 2× 660MW supercritical coal-fired power generation unit has been approved by the national development and Reform Commission and has been officially started. It was planned to realize "double investment" in 2011.

In August 2015, the company used a DHE’s non-contact level switch in the fine treatment of regeneration cation tower, which solved the problem of difficult measurement under this working condition and accurately reflected the real situation of liquid level during the trial period. In the follow-up visit, the company also spoke highly of DHE’s instruments, and is now ready to purchase another non-contact level switch which will be used in the same working condition.
